Key Duties? Project Planning? Resource Management? Budget Management? Risk Management? Team & Information Coordination? Quality Control? Project Documentation? Client / Team Relations Responsibilities? Responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, reporting, and managing all aspects of the construction process from initiation to completion.
? Works closely with project stakeholders (clients, customers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, IT, security, project and program managers, accounting, finance, contracts, etc.
) to ensure project is executed on time, within cost and meeting or exceeding quality standards.
? Will handle tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation and management, proactive risk management and mitigation.
? Will monitor, supervise, and report on-site activities to ensure objectives are met and that work is carried out safely and in compliance with all applicable standards, codes and regulations.
Qualifications? Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
? Effective communication and problem solving will be key.
? Facilitation, collaboration, and conflict resolution will be applied to resolve all issues and challenges quickly and effectively.
? Updates will be provided regularly, and decision analysis and approvals will be kept on file and well organized.
? Strong knowledge/understanding of DCID 705 strongly preferred.
? Background of SCIF / SAP and knowledge of certification requirements and best practices preferred.
